04Financial Reporting & Property Oversight
Once your property is occupied, we keep a watchful eye on your investment.
Bear Creek provides timely rent collection, with rents due on the first of each month and owner distributions processed monthly. Detailed owner financial statements are emailed on the 25th of each month for complete transparency and recordkeeping.
Our proactive management includes monthly drive-by inspections, quarterly property reviews, and annual inspections with written reports and photo documentation. Owners also receive year-end Profit & Loss statements and 1099 reporting to simplify tax preparation and financial planning.
